10am Worship

We have resumed in-person worship services! Click here to read our latest COVID-19 update. If you are unable to attend in-person worship services please view our live stream by clicking here.
Read below to find out what Worship at Oreland EPC looks like normally.

Features of our worship-

  • Preaching

Preaching is expository. That is, it lets the Bible text determine the content of the proclamation. It is not uncommon that the pastor will preach through a book of the Bible.

  • Sacraments

The Sacraments of Communion and Baptism are observed throughout the year. Communion is served the first Sunday of the month during 10 am worship and includes an opportunity for individuals to receive prayer and annointing with oil for God's healing and wholeness
  • Music

Music during morning worship is a blend of hymns and contemporary music. The choir presents an anthem during morning worship each Sunday from September - May.

  • Prayer

Prayer is part of every service of worship.  Elders assisting in worship lead the congregation in prayer for the life, ministry, and members of the congregation. The Pastor and Elders are available to pray with people after weekly worship.

For families with children-

  • Infants & Toddlers:

The Infant-Toddler Ministry serves families during the 10 am worship service. A minimum of two childcare servants are present to watch over and interact with the children. (Background clearances required).
